What this site keeps, and why.

Who is responsible

This preview site is operated by Atomind Inc. Company details are in the imprint. Questions about your data: info@metastability.io.

The early-access form

If you send the form we store what you enter — name, email address, organisation, country, your stated interest and your message — together with the time of submission and the IP address it came from. We use it for one purpose: to contact you about Metastability. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to the address above; we then delete your entry.

Entries are kept on our own server in the European Union. They are not sold, not passed to advertisers, and not shared outside the consortium's working group. Entries that have not led to a conversation are deleted after 24 months.

What we do not do

No analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts or fonts, and no cookies for visitors. The only cookie this site sets is a session cookie for members who sign in to the preview room; it expires after twelve hours.

Server logs

The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and fault-finding. They are rotated and deleted automatically.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to the address above. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your data-protection authority.
